Trip INFORMATION
Whether you are new to rock climbing or an experienced climber visiting the area, you will have your own professional climbing guide for you or your group.
Your guide will introduce you to the local rock climbing crags of Whistler, climbing some of the best single pitch routes the area has to offer. There are a variety of climbs to suit everyone’s abilities and desires.
This excursion consists of single pitch top-rope rock climbing. We can choose from a wide variety of climbs from very easy all the way up to very challenging routes. Our experienced rock guides will set everything up and provide helpful advice along the way. All you have to do is climb!

Whistler:
If you choose to climb in Whistler there are many great options within 30 minute drive of the vilage or a few other great route within walking distance!
Tours meet their guide at the Mountain Skills Academy Office in Marketplace or at the climbing crag.
Squamish:
Squamish is a mecca for rock climbing! 100s of route give you options for all abilities! Tours meet their guide at the Squamish Adventure Centre.
At the meeting location you will meet your guide for the day, sign waiver, grab all your climbing gear and discuss the outlook for the day.
Next you will either drive or walk to the climbing area and enjoy your day of climbing!
All climbing equipment is included.

The above individual climbing equipment, as well as all group climbing equipment, will be brought by your guide.

Weather conditions here are constantly changing. Plan ahead, look at the weather forecast, and prepare for the potential weather conditions. Consider that when you are not climbing you can cool down quickly, so bringing layers is a good plan.
